Responsibilities
Support SPM Team: Collaborate with the HiRel Operations Project Management (SPM) team under the guidance of a senior Operations Project Manager (PJM)
Learn Tools: Obtain hands-on knowledge of tools and methods used in HiRel Operations Development Projects
Assist Projects: Run and support operations development projects, ensuring alignment with the team’s strategic goals
Contribute to Success: Apply skills and insights to drive progress in ongoing projects
Practical Experience: Develop proficiency in project management methodologies by working on real-world challenges
Gain Insights: Learn to navigate dynamic, multicultural team environments, contributing to the overall team effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Completed coursework in financial management, accounting, statistics, microeconomics, or data analytics
Familiar with project management concepts and PMO functions
Structured, self-motivated, and methodical in task execution
Demonstrates excellent collaboration and communication abilities to work with diverse teams
US citizen or green card holder: This internship requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency, or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8USC 1324b(a)(3)
