Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior All-Source Analysis (Direct Support) to support The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the United States Army Counterintelligence Command (USACIC) Analytical Support Contract. The role involves conducting research and analysis to produce finished intelligence products related to foreign intelligence and technology protection threats to the US Army and the DoD.

Responsibilities

The All-Source Analysis (Direct Support) shall conduct research and analysis and produce finished intelligence products and responses to RFIs on foreign intelligence and technology protection-related threats to the US Army and the DoD worldwide

Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature

Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements

Shall analyze OSINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, MASINT, and GEOINT reporting from a wide variety of sources provided by the Government to identify current and emerging threats, ascertain the degree and immediacy of those threats, and provide analysis concerning the future evolution of the threats

Shall perform database entry of pertinent intelligence reporting into the database. The contractor shall create, connect, and correlate new entities and records. The contractor shall update existing records with fresh or corrected information

Required

Active TS/SCI clearance

High School Diploma: 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years

Associates Degree: 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years

Bachelors Degree: 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years

Masters Degree or higher: 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years

A minimum of a bachelor's degree OR experience as a civilian or military all source intelligence analyst and completed a foundational intelligence analyst course such as a DOD Intelligence Analyst Course, All Source Intelligence Analyst MOS, DHS Basic Intelligence and Threat Analysis Course, ODNI Analysis 101, or completed a Certified Defense All-Source Analysis (CDASA) professional certification

Regional experience in one or more of the following areas: China, Iran, North Korea, Russia or functional experience in Threat Finance, Open Source Intelligence, Cyber Intelligence Analysis

Minimum of three years of experience as an All-source analyst producing finished intelligence
