Responsibilities

Can you manage a caseload of civil litigation files from inception through trial?
Can you draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests?
Can you take and defend depositions?
Can you represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings?

Qualification

Civil litigation experienceJuris DoctoratePremises liability experienceProduct liability experienceConstruction defect experienceTransportation experienceDeposition skillsCourt representation skillsNegotiation skills

Required

3+ years of civil litigation experience
Juris Doctorate is REQUIRED
Admitted to practice law in California

Preferred

Premises liability, product liability, construction defect and transportation experience is a plus
