Azusa Solutions is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud Learning Functional Consultant to join their team of talented consultants. This role focuses on providing subject matter expertise, functional guidance, and hands-on configuration support for the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud Learning modules within the Oracle HCM suite.

Responsibilities

Proficient in Oracle Cloud Learning (Oracle Cloud Fusion Learning module), guiding clients through best practices, configuration, testing, and deployment
Support functional requirements gathering, design workshops, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Configure Oracle Learning Cloud features, such as learning catalogs, content, communities, ILT, and blended learning programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Talent, IT, and Change Management to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals
Support end-user documentation development and end-user support resources
Stay up to date with Oracle quarterly updates and assess their impact on the client’s current solution

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant with Oracle HCM Cloud, with specific expertise in the Learning module
Proven hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Learning Cloud, including instructor-led training, learning paths, and automated learning assignments
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and its integration points with Learning
Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, and Support
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality results
Bachelor's degree in a related field

Preferred

Oracle Cloud HCM Certification preferred
