Power Platform Developer (Fractional)
Engineer Up is seeking a Senior Power Platform Engineer to join their talent pool for fractional engagements. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Co-Pilot Studio, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient applications that meet business needs.

Responsibilities
Develop and Customize Power Apps: Design and build custom business applications using canvas and model-driven Power Apps to address complex business requirements
Create Power Automate Workflows: Develop automated workflows to streamline business processes, integrate with various data sources, and enhance operational efficiency
Leverage Co-Pilot Studio: Build and deploy AI-powered chatbots and virtual agents to enhance user experiences and automate customer interactions
Integration and Data Management: Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and other third-party systems
Solution Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solution architectures, and ensure alignment with business goals
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Power Platform solutions to ensure scalability and reliability
Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation and provide training to end-users and team members
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, and Co-Pilot Studio
Expertise in building and customizing Power Apps with a strong understanding of user interface design and data modeling
Proficiency in creating complex workflows in Power Automate, including connectors, triggers, and actions
Hands-on experience with Co-Pilot Studio for developing AI-driven conversational agents
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and integration with Azure services
Familiarity with Power Platform governance, security, and best practices
Ability to analyze complex business problems and design effective technical solutions
Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate – Validates skills in designing, developing, and implementing Power Apps, Power Automate, and related solutions
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate – Demonstrates proficiency in configuring Power Platform solutions to meet business requirements
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert – Preferred for candidates with experience in architecting complex Power Platform solutions
Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate – A plus for candidates with advanced automation and robotic process automation expertise
Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines in Power Platform development
Knowledge of Power BI for creating data visualizations and dashboards
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integrations
Agile/Scrum methodology experience
