Responsibilities
Processes invoices in computer system
Open mail daily if needed
Communicates with co-workers, management, clients and others regarding purchases
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions
Complete filing of retained documents daily and adhere to the record retention policy
Participate as needed in audits completed internally or by a third party
Follow all company guidelines as they pertain to behavior, loss prevention and safety
Perform other duties similar to those above as assigned by the controller or other qualified corporate or platform representative
Qualification
Required
One year of Accounts Payable experience
High school education
Technical capacity to efficiently operate a computer
Familiarity with payables systems
Understanding of financial management
Ability to complete basic calculations
Ability to enter data into a payables system
Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary
