Responsibilities
Schedule guest therapy
Coordinate therapy schedule
Prepare the guest, treatment area and equipment for treatment, as requested. Anticipates therapist/assistant needs during treatment
Qualification
Required
Fingerprint Clearance Card
CPR certification
Ability to work tactfully with personnel, guests, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public
Must have a minimum of one (1) year general office/clerical/administrative experience
Preferred
Relevant experience in a rehab setting strongly preferred
Administrative experience in a health care setting desirable
