Responsibilities

Support the team on a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term retention
Develop deep relationships with stakeholders at client organizations, including day-to-day contacts and customer stakeholders
Support Identification of and execution on opportunities for renewal, upsell, and cross-sell to drive account growth
Support the team to build account plans and strategies that align client objectives with Vim’s solutions and measurable outcomes
Serve as a trusted advisor by proactively identifying risks, addressing issues, and surfacing opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Network Engagement, and Delivery to ensure seamless execution of client needs
Represent the voice of the customer internally, advocating for client priorities and informing product and operational improvements
Track, analyze, and report on client performance metrics, using data to inform decision-making and demonstrate value

Required

4–6 years of experience in account management or customer success, preferably in a SaaS or healthcare technology company
Experience managing client relationships and delivering on revenue targets
Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts and a passion for growth
Skilled communicator and relationship builder
Metrics-driven mindset with a focus on measurable impact
Collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Based in or near NYC — this is a hybrid role based out of our Chelsea office

Preferred

Knowledge of value-based care models and payer-provider partnerships
Experience in digital health, healthcare IT, or two-sided marketplaces
