Responsibilities
Facilitating numerous regular and specialty children's programs
Providing various activities for children including trips to the Hardy Girls Gym, the pool, The Peak, and more
Ensuring that children are under appropriate supervision at all times
Discuss program activities and disciplinary issues with parents as needed
Maintaining the childcare rooms in order to ensure that they are clean and safe at all times
Reporting any accidents or injuries to management and the Security Department in a timely manner
Representing the Recreation Department on various safety and associate activity committees
Performing any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Continuous authorization to work in the U.S. for the duration of the internship
A minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher
Ability to work varying hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree program in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related discipline
Ability to commit to a full-time or part-time schedule
Preferred
Previous childcare experience is preferred
