Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements
Research, plan, and book travel experiences including flights, hotels, resorts, and cruises
Provide recommendations and insider tips to enhance client experiences
Manage client itineraries and ensure accuracy of travel documents
Deliver high-quality service before, during, and after travel
Qualification
Required
Strong passion for travel and customer service
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate online booking tools
Preferred
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or travel is a plus but not required
