Responsibilities

Build and maintain deployments and collections using MECM and BigFix

Provide endpoint management to workstations and servers

Perform patch management for servers, workstations, and infrastructure devices

Troubleshoot any deployment issues

WSUS administration

Configure and troubleshoot all components of an enterprise MECM and/or BigFix deployment, to include SQL Server backend, distribution points, collections, task sequences, etc

Support and update AV

Ensure servers, workstations and infrastructure devices have latest approved patches

Automate procedures and tasks using scripts

Troubleshoot and evaluate client logs and identify problems

Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI/CI Poly eligibility

8+ years directly related industry experience (preferred endpoint-related system administration)

Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager

Familiarity with IBM BigFix

Familiarity with MDT, WDS, and working with WIM

Microsoft Intune experience preferred

Experience with Microsoft Power BI highly preferred

Systems administration of DNS, DHCP, and DFS preferred

Administration of Active Directory and Group Policy preferred
