Required

3-6 years of broad experience and sophistication in employment law

Interest in advising venture capital and other investment firms on industry-specific employment issues

Experience in employment counseling and agreement drafting

Strong academic credentials

Exceptional communication and legal writing skills

High level of motivation and initiative

Strong work ethic

Fund formation associates interested in transitioning their focus to employment and labor matters
