Responsibilities
Support its Debt Finance practice
Represent issuers, underwriters, placement agents, initial purchasers and other credit parties in a wide variety of industries in complex public and private placements of high-yield, mezzanine, investment-grade and other debt securities
Assist in bridge financings and restructuring and refinancing transactions for high-yield securities
Develop complex restructuring plans to revive troubled businesses and protect bondholder investments
Help to retire less favorable debt
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience
barred in North Carolina
strong academic record
excellent writing and oral communication skills
ability to work independently with clients and colleagues
Preferred
senior secured, mezzanine, second lien and/or syndicated finance experience
solid law firm work experience
