Responsibilities

Image and configure computers to support new hires and hardware replacements
Support and back up computers subject to legal hold
Track and manage IT inventory, ensuring accurate asset records
Maintain and organize the imaging room and IT storage areas
Monitor and resolve hardware-related tickets in the IT support queue
Collaborate with IT team members to improve workflows, documentation, and operations

Qualification

Required

0–2 years of experience in an IT support or technician role
Strong general understanding of computer systems
Interest in computer technology and IT operations
Solid troubleshooting skills and a customer service mindset
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple support requests

Preferred

Exposure to Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
Basic knowledge of both macOS and Windows environments
Prior experience in a help desk, internship, contractor role, or computer-related training
