Responsibilities
Install new and used equipment by following established processes and procedures
Ensure each installation is consistent with the next and meets the standard and customer’s needs
Work independently in a field service environment while displaying a professional and confident relationship with the customer
Diagnose issues with re-installed equipment using diagnostic software
Order parts needed for each job
Complete invoicing and Smartsheet uploads when job is completed
Communicate effectively with customers
Maintain a high level of cleanliness
Qualification
Required
Requires a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
Technical degree or certification in a skilled trade is a plus
Verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills
Problem solving skills
Trouble shooting skills
Exhibit a strong mechanical aptitude
Possess a clean driving record
Must be able to travel to customer locations for 2-3 weeks at a time
Work with common hand tools as well as scissor lifts and forklifts
Work comfortably on a ladder and/or scaffolding
