Meeting with potential clients to build genuine, long-term relationships based on shared values and goals
Empowering clients to make knowledgeable financial decisions about education, investments, insurance, and retirement
Building a strong personal network through local nonprofits, churches, and businesses for future growth
Developing skills and best practices to be a successful financial advisor
Qualification
Required
Obtain state insurance licenses (life, health & variable contracts)
Obtain Series 7 and 66 registrations
Complete Thrivent's comprehensive advisor onboarding program
Ability to build genuine, long-term relationships based on shared values and goals
Empower clients to make knowledgeable financial decisions about education, investments, insurance, and retirement
Build a strong personal network through local nonprofits, churches, and businesses for future growth
Develop skills and best practices to be a successful financial advisor
Self-disciplined, independent, and driven to succeed
Motivated by helping others and seeing them achieve their goals
Strong interpersonal skills
Passionate about living a life of generosity by serving others
Preferred
Experience in outside sales, business management, education, ministry, hospitality, military, or similar fields
College applicants and those with no or little exposure to the industry are welcome
