Responsibilities
Create and evolve visual assets that align with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
Ensure all designs reinforce brand identity across print, digital, packaging, and experiential touchpoints
Design marketing materials including brochures, presentations, advertisements, digital campaigns, email templates, social media graphics, web assets, event collateral, and product packaging
Translate complex concepts into clean, visually engaging layouts
Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and product teams to align visuals with messaging
Partner with the Creative Director to conceptualize and execute campaigns from ideation through final production
Work with external vendors, photographers, and printers to ensure high-quality production outcomes
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to deadlines and detail
Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and campaign kick-offs
Stay current with design trends, tools, and technology to continually enhance the creative process
Review, proof, and refine materials before release to ensure accuracy and consistency
Uphold brand integrity across all external and internal design touchpoints
Qualification
Required
6+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing, advertising, or luxury/lifestyle product industry
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
Experience with digital platforms including web, email, and social media
Strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail
Ability to balance creativity with business strategy
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly organized, adaptable, and collaborative
Preferred
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premier and After Effects)
Proficient with motion graphics, photography, or video editing
Familiarity with 3D modeling, animation, and AI design tools a plus
