They are seeking an eDiscovery Consultant to serve clients with concierge-level service in litigation technology and electronic discovery, acting as the primary interface between clients, trial counsel, and technology professionals.

Responsibilities
Assist clients and their outside counsel with eDiscovery strategy, data collection and preservation, eDiscovery protocols, database configuration strategies, training, motion practice, reporting, and trial preparation
Collaborate with our technical team to create new technology and workflows to benefit our clients
Act as a translator between technology and the law so trial counsel can focus on winning
Qualification
Required
A JD from a highly regarded law school [preferable, but will consider other candidates with unique experience]
At least 3 years of civil litigation experience including experience with discovery workflows and best practices, discovery protocols, and motions to compel
Experience evaluating processes and technologies for preservation, data collection, document review, and production
The ability to simultaneously manage multiple cases at different phases of litigation
Eager to work closely with and advise clients and outside counsel
The ability to take client requirements and provide technical instruction to Discovery Expert's Project Managers
