Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to internet inquiries from potential customers
Provide detailed information about vehicle availability, pricing, and financing options
Engage with customers via email, chat, and phone to build relationships and trust
Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and test drive vehicles
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our inventory, including features and benefits of each model
Follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate and excellent customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate online and in-person sales efforts
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive offerings
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in internet sales, call center, or customer service roles
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM systems and online sales tools
High-energy, positive attitude, and a professional appearance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
College education is a plus
