Responsibilities
Oversee and manage various civil engineering projects, including site civil, water and wastewater, hydrology, transportation, and storm water
Lead the Jefferson City office, guiding staff and ensuring efficient operations
Provide expert guidance on general civil engineering topics and deliver high-quality project outcomes
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction
Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office, with a focus on continuous improvement and strategic growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong track record in project management
Extensive knowledge of civil engineering disciplines including site civil, water/wastewater, hydrology, transportation, and/or storm water management
Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and projects
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
