Acuity Eye Group is one of California’s leading eye care providers, and they are seeking a well-rounded optometrist to join their team. In this full-time role, the optometrist will manage ocular diseases, treat various eye conditions, and provide comprehensive eye care to patients using advanced technology.

Responsibilities

Manage ocular diseases at a comfortable level for you, such as treating corneal ulcers and uveitis
Addressing red eye conditions
Diagnosing diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma
Removing foreign bodies
Identifying macular diseases, retinal holes, and retinal detachments
See 20 to 25 patients on a typical day, all enabled by advanced technology, including a tonometer, phoropter, auto refractor, Snellen chart, retinal camera, ophthalmoscope, OCT scans, and digital retinal imaging
