Responsibilities
Performs daily revenue audits, cash summaries, and related revenue reports for management
Prepares deposit slips for/or captures credit card billing and, reconciles credit card deposits
Communicates both written and orally with affiliated departments on variances, statistics and exceptions to policy and procedures
Participates in Monthly Verification of Electronic Gaming Device Meters
Assists in W2-G and Win/Loss statement preparation
Acts as a role model and presents oneself as a credit to Harrah’s and encourages others to do the same
Adheres to all department and company policies and procedures
Performs all related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
It is crucial to maintain a courteous telephone demeanor and to effectively engage with all customers in a warm and friendly manner
Typing skills, MS Office experience
Calculator skills are required. You will be required to successfully pass a 9-key calculator test during the interview process
Must be detailed oriented and very organized
Must be able to solve problems independently
Must have good mathematical skills
