Customer Service Representative
JAM Industries is one of the largest distributors of consumer electronic goods, pro-audio equipment, and musical instruments. They are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to service current clients, develop new leads, and ensure a smooth sales process while building rapport and achieving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Building/strengthening relationship with client base
Keep track of purchase orders, issuing RMAs for warranty claims, responding to order inquiries, tracking samples, issuing credits, etc
Keep our customers updated with price lists and promotions
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information
Keeping up with product, service information and updates
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
Explaining features of products and services
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position
Excellent phone and people skill manners with customer service skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
