Metro Sales Inc. is an industry leading hardware, software, and managed services provider founded in 1969. They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a Sales Team by providing guidance, training, and mentorship while achieving established goals and quotas.

Responsibilities
Lead a growing Sales Team
Provide guidance, training and mentorship to an experienced sales team
Develop sales representatives in product knowledge, sales activities, selling skills and strategies, time and territory management
Achieve established goals and quotas, including Team Gross Margin
Maintain professional and technical knowledge
Provide support for sales representatives through the sales cycle
Manage sales planning and forecasting
Contribute on sales structure, direction, programs and policies
Adhere to the company's policies, programs and procedures
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven ability to coach/develop a sales team
2+ years B2B sales management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP systems
Clean Driving Record
Valid Drivers License
Preferred
Bachelors degree from an accredited University
5+ years Prior B2B outside sales experience
Demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making ability
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
Display creative negotiation and relationship building skills
Understanding of target market for process improvements
Well-developed multi-tasking, organizational and detail orientation skills
