Snappyhires is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to oversee the end-to-end technical architecture and governance of Salesforce solutions. This role is responsible for ensuring that business requirements are translated into secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions while aligning with enterprise standards and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Define Salesforce application architecture, data model, and integration strategy

Lead the design of scalable solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds

Document technical solutions, diagrams, and standards

Lead development teams and ensure adherence to best practices

Review code, enforce CI/CD standards, and oversee quality assurance

Mentor developers, admins, and junior architects

Design and govern integrations with ERP, middleware, and third-party platforms

Define security architecture, SSO, and compliance controls

Manage data migrations and performance optimization

Contribute to enterprise Salesforce roadmap and platform governance

Ensure reuse of assets and avoid redundant solutions

Evaluate new Salesforce features/releases for adoption

Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and IT leadership

Communicate architectural decisions to technical and non-technical audiences

Provide trusted technical guidance to business stakeholders
