They are seeking a Senior Implementation Manager / Solution Architect to lead the implementation and deployment of Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, and Salesforce, ensuring alignment with global and local business needs while driving delivery and team performance.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation programs & projects for Veeva Network and Veeva CRM, ensuring delivery against global standards while accommodating local market requirements
Establish, mentor, and guide cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and capability growth to ensure long-term sustainability of the solutions
Act as a trusted partner for senior business stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and effective management of differing priorities across global, regional, and local levels
Define functional requirements, oversee solution design, and collaborate with Veeva, Salesforce, and integration teams on data models, workflows, and platform alignment
Shape governance frameworks to maintain data quality, lifecycle management, and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and transparency reporting
Ensure seamless integration with CRM, ERP, and customer engagement platforms, maximizing value creation across commercial and medical functions
Lead planning, UAT, go-live readiness, and change management activities, ensuring successful adoption and long-term business impact
Contribute insights on industry trends and emerging best practices to shape the roadmap and ensure that solutions remain future-ready
Qualification
Required
10–15+ years of experience in IT program management or functional leadership roles within the life sciences sector
Proven track record of implementing Veeva Network and Veeva CRM, with hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CRM
Deep expertise in customer and commercial data management, master data governance, and data integration strategies
Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing implementation teams across global organizations
Strong background in both Human Pharma and Animal Health business models, with understanding of commercial processes and engagement approaches
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus and navigate complex business environments diplomatically
Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
Experience working in Agile delivery environments with distributed/global teams
