Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets
Design customized travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, cruises, and excursions
Provide expert advice on destinations, packages, and travel experiences
Manage all bookings and travel logistics to ensure smooth, stress-free journeys
Stay informed on travel trends, deals, and industry updates to deliver the best options
Offer proactive solutions for any issues that may arise before or during travel
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and client service skills
Passion for travel and helping others explore the world
Highly organized with attention to detail
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Must be 18+ with a computer/smartphone and reliable internet access
Preferred
Previous travel, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
