The intern will contribute to retirement valuation and special projects, learning about various aspects of retirement plans and performing actuarial valuations, data analysis, and pension benefit calculations.

Responsibilities
Participating and actively engaging in training sessions
Performing actuarial valuations and preparing valuation reports
Performing data analysis and reconciliations of pension plan participant data
Performing pension benefit calculations using established spreadsheets or our proprietary plan administration system
Preparing government reporting forms and annual employee benefit statements
Supporting special projects as ad-hoc needs arise
Working with other colleagues to ensure that each project is completed on time and meets quality standards
Responding to all requests and communications effectively and efficiently
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship now or in the future
Candidates must be able to present a valid form of work authorization once temporary work authorizations expire
