Responsibilities

Embrace, Embody and Lead with a Growth Mindset Vision and act upon the vision and values of Barcel (BLU)
Deliver expected results against Sr Manager Execution KPI’s/Goals
Engage in a Cross-functional role to promote new ways of working, align promotions and merchandising plans against goals and encourage collaboration to ensure the Execution Strategy
Lead Barcel Innovation support, communication, Execution strategy and expectations with Frontline (BBU/Barcel)
Ensure Barcel Gold Standards and merchandising guidelines are communicated, understood, and followed by all Sales Leaders
Works collaborative with MKT, CATMAN, and KAM to build and align execution & merchandising strategies
Establish the bridge between the KAM and DSD to improve collaboration and strengthen the execution Strategy
Responsible for Promotional Merchandising Execution Plan to communicate with the Regional Sales Leaders to execute
Responsible for BLU Customer Team Large Format Focus/Synergy Support. (Walmart, Target, Kroger, Safeway, etc)
Responsible for BLU Customer Team Small Format Focus/Synergy Support. (7-Eleven, QT, Circle K, etc.)
Responsible to Develop, Support and Communicate Barcel Brand Stewardship in coordination with Center of Excellence
Be the guardian of Execution Strategy processes defined and standardized by Sales Team
Identify pain points & root causes in current processes to propose collaborative solutions
Boost accountability by tracking and reporting orders, innovation launches, RTDs, KPIs, to measure performance per Region and Program
Ensure Frontline will have the right information and guidelines within their tools to boost our execution
Use dashboards and reports to identify execution opportunities to develop plans against results
This role gives high exposure to different departments at all levels

Required

Strong communication & leadership skills
Passionate to take a challenge and transform current ways of working
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Statistics, or Analytics
Proven Sales experience 4 years preferably in the consumer goods industry
Team coordination experience. 4 years of sales experience at field level
Highly developed analytic skills, experience in presentation and communication to Senior Management
High level of sense of urgency
High level of Microsoft office skills (Pivot table, Macros, Excel, Power Point, Word)
Language English (bilingual Spanish is a plus)
Travel Domestic up to 30%
