BL3ND Staffing is a licensed staffing firm seeking driven Sales Associates to secure new staffing contracts across various industries. The role involves engaging potential clients, presenting staffing services, and building long-term relationships to meet client acquisition and revenue goals.

Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients and referral partners (hospitals, clinics, offices, warehouses)
Present BL3ND’s staffing services and close contracts for temporary and temp-to-perm staffing
Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR departments and hiring managers
Negotiate agreements and ensure contracts are executed
Meet or exceed monthly client acquisition and revenue goals
Maintain accurate reporting of your pipeline, deals, and closed revenue
Qualification
Required
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Persistent and professional in prospecting and follow-up
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Comfortable learning the healthcare and staffing industry
Basic computer and office software proficiency
Results-oriented and motivated by performance-driven pay
