Develop and approve PLS-CADD criteria for transmission line projects
Finalize PLS-CADD models for engineering designs
Plan and schedule project tasks for the support team
Participate in stakeholder meetings
Conduct design review meetings and provide technical input
Address special design-related questions as needed
Attend internal engineering and design review sessions
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Engineering (required)
Minimum of 4 years of transmission line engineering experience in the electric utility sector (required)
Proficient in using PLS-CADD for transmission line design (required)
Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent collaboration, verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and maintain a satisfactory driving record per company policy
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) certification (preferred)
