They are seeking a Senior MEP Program Manager to lead technical project delivery across complex multi-offering projects, influencing cross-functional teams to improve energy efficiency and operational performance for clients.

Responsibilities

Ensure effective project delivery from initial project opportunity identification through stabilization of ActiveOps services

Plan program and project milestones and schedule for implementation

Establish program goals and Key Performance Indicators to meet client needs

Ensure client satisfaction with project and program transitions

Oversee program and project evaluation, collecting feedback to incorporate into best practices and program evolution

Own project performance through the turnover of operations

Serves as a primary point of contact with the customer during project implementation

Acts as a steward of all company policies and procedures

Responds to stakeholders with accurate and timely information to facilitate company decision-making

Exercises global decision making by considering other departments within the company such as project management, sales and estimating, accounting, purchasing, etc

Ensures projects are completed on schedule

Works with a large client base including the owner and business leaders for the company

Takes ownership of projects as assigned by Operations Director
