Responsibilities
Work on site to configure and execute testing on photonic and RF test stations
Implement test plans and procedures for active, passive and complex PIC devices based upon customer requirements and internal design verification needs
Write and debug the test automation scripts in python, implement and verify the analysis equations, and generate test result documentation
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues during testing, working closely with the development team to resolve any identified issues
Order and maintain test equipment such as wafer probers, lasers, power meters, and spectrum analyzers
Design, modify, and install test stations
Maintain accurate and detailed records of testing procedures, results, and any modifications made during the testing process
Contribute to the development of technical documentation for internal and external use
Qualification
Required
B.S degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or Physics
Writing automation scripts in Python, and data analysis in JMP
Demonstrated experience in data acquisition systems and data analysis
Ability to work cooperatively and proactively across organization
Excellent oral and written communication, including excellent presentation skills
Candidates must have US work authorization
Preferred
Experience in photonic and high-speed RF testing
Practical knowledge of optoelectronic devices
Programming experience in python, queries in SQL, data analysis in JMP
