They are seeking a bilingual receptionist who will greet customers, assist with the check-in process, and provide administrative support to the sales department.

Responsibilities

Greet walk-in customers, assist them with the check-in process. Ask about their needs in a professional manner to determine the nature of their visit

Provide a pleasant experience from the moment our customers walk-in the store

Receiving and routing incoming phone calls. Answer basic inquiries

Assist the sales team with customers documentation and uploading in to the AutoMas system; print, copy and scan contracts as needed

Diplomatically handle customer complaints and refer them to the appropriate individual for resolution

Required

High School Diploma required

1 to 3 years of experience in similar role

Bilingual English / Spanish required

Outstanding Customer Service Skills, ability to handle customer requests to close a sale and escalated complaints

Computer and technical skills. Comfortable to complete deal actions in the AutoMas system

Able to pass a drug test and background check
