Responsibilities

Manage and optimize our existing virtual trade school platform
Oversee program delivery across multiple trade verticals (Appliance Repair, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.)
Develop a roadmap for multi-language expansion (English, Spanish first, then more)
Recruit, train, and lead a cross-functional team (instructors, support staff, marketing)
Scale student enrollment and revenue through operational excellence and innovation
Track KPIs, measure impact, and continuously improve product and processes
Align academy’s growth with Home Alliance’s broader vision

Qualification

Required

Proven experience in Project Management or Product Management (EdTech, eLearning, SaaS, or similar)
Strong leadership skills with ability to build and scale remote teams
Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive — comfortable growing into a business leadership role
Excellent communication skills: bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Preferred

Bonus: background in trade education, workforce development, or vocational training
