Placer County Office of Education is an educational leader providing a range of services to support local school districts. They are seeking an Educational Interpreter for the Deaf to facilitate communication for students who are deaf or hard of hearing in educational settings.

Required
EDJOIN Application
Proof of CPR Certification or have the ability to obtain one within 30 days
Must posses a valid California Drivers License Applicants may be tested
Certification (Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment (EIPA), or equivalent assessment certification with a score of 4.0 of higher)
Copy of Transcript (Completion of an accredited college-level interpreter training program)
Letter of Introduction
Other (Educational Interpreter Written Assessment or equivalent assessment certification with a pass/fail score of 75% or higher)
