Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Must have and maintain current license as a registered nurse in North Carolina or one of the compact states as defined by North Carolina Board of Nursing
Must have and maintain current BCLS
Minimum of 5 years nursing experience with 2 years of supervisory or management experience
Preferred
Master's Degree
Specialty Certification in Leadership from National Organization
Critical Care nursing experience
