Responsibilities

Lead the configuration of the o9 platform, including master data, planning parameters, workflows, and user interfaces, to meet client-specific needs
Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate functional designs into detailed technical configurations
Define and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior configuration consultants
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, ensuring the system operates efficiently and effectively
Develop and maintain documentation of o9 configurations and processes

Required

10-12 years of experience in supply chain planning, with at least 6+ years specifically in o9 configuration
Proven hands-on experience in configuring o9 modules, particularly IBP and Demand Planning
In-depth knowledge of o9's architecture, data models, and configuration best practices
Experience with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for data transformation
Familiarity with Agile project methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
