This client-facing role requires a deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions on the o9 platform.

Responsibilities
Lead blueprinting and design sessions to effectively map business requirements to the o9 platform
Develop clear and achievable blueprints, and oversee the configuration and implementation of the solution
Act as a subject matter expert on o9 capabilities and best practices, providing expert guidance to clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients' IT teams and o9's development teams, to ensure seamless integration and deployment
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
Qualification
Required
10-12+ years of experience in supply chain planning and implementing supply chain planning applications
Extensive knowledge of supply chain concepts, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Proven experience in a Solution Architect or similar leadership role on at least one large-scale o9 implementation
Strong understanding of o9's Enterprise Knowledge Graph (EKG) and data model
Proficiency in databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and query languages (SQL, MDX, T-SQL) is highly desirable
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
Preferred
Master's degree in a related field is a plus
