Responsibilities
Assist in providing consulting advice and services to multinational companies concerning retirement, health and welfare, as well as broader benefits and compensation issues
Serve as a resource for associates and consultants in charge of engagements by performing many intricate aspects of their client work
Participate in key learning and development opportunities alongside associates
Develop skills and knowledge in areas such as accounting for pension and benefit costs, actuarial valuations, market conditions, benefits due diligence, project management, data collection and analysis, and communication of results
Qualification
Required
Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and present results
Exposure to real client assignments
Imagination and creativity in problem-solving
Ability to work in a close-knit environment with a team of experts
Preferred
Interest in retirement, health and welfare, and broader benefits and compensation issues
Desire to attain an accredited actuarial designation
Participation in key learning and development opportunities
