Responsibilities

Design, build and deliver solutions for customer’s critical business functions
Adhere to and promote best practices and design guidelines
Utilize ICE Mortgage Technology’s solutions automation to streamline customer processes
Identify project issues and risks, then present alternatives and solutions to resolve them
Recommend features and improvements to optimize and increase the use of ICE Mortgage Technology solutions
Maintain relevant expertise in the mortgage industry
Up to 50% travel availability

Qualification

EncompassMortgage BankingProject ManagementEnterprise Software ImplementationMicrosoft Office Solutions

Required

Three to five years' experience implementing software solutions
Mortgage Banking or Financial Services Technology experience required
Project Management skills, including status reporting, project documentation, issue resolution, time management and project communication required
Encompass experience required
Up to 50% travel availability

Preferred

Implementation of enterprise software experience preferred
Strong Microsoft Office Solutions preferred
