North America Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth by managing client relationships and executing strategic sales initiatives aligned with the annual Sales Plan.

Management Consulting

Responsibilities

Deploy the annual Sales Plan across assigned clients
Manage prospecting, lead nurturing, and opportunity definition
Build and maintain strategic relationships with client stakeholders and purchasing departments
Oversee RFI/RFQ processes, service renewals, and contract/PO management
Collaborate closely with Strategic Account Executives (SAEs) on multi-market proposals
Submit global pricing quotes for internal approval
Support the Delivery team in business reviews and performance check-ins
Participate in industry events to strengthen client relationships
Assist with customer satisfaction and escalation handling
Identify and help mitigate operational constraints and risks
Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM systems
Monitor sales performance and ensure alignment with local Sales objectives
Ensure full compliance with company policies and sales procedures

Required

Proven experience in sales or account management in a B2B environment
Strong understanding of client lifecycle management and sales pipeline development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with CRM platforms and data-driven decision making
Collaborative mindset with ability to work across teams and departments
