They are seeking a Staff Engineer to support the operation and growth of their RNG facilities by providing hands-on technical support, troubleshooting equipment issues, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead safety, commissioning, and start-up efforts
Optimize plant performance and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment/process issues
Oversee design updates (P&IDs, models, diagrams)
Support automation and controls (PLC/SCADA)
Drive efficiency, debottlenecking, and production improvements

Required

BS in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Petroleum)

Proficiency with industry standards (API, ASME, NACE) and tools (AutoCAD, ProMax, MS Office)
Problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Indianapolis, IN
