Responsibilities
Authenticate couture and designer clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories
Select luxury pieces for consignment that meet client expectations
Communicate effectively with consignors to provide impeccable customer service
Stay current on the latest fashion trends
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance while on duty
Utilize computer and mobile skills for daily tasks
Assist in other areas of the store as needed
Manage POS transactions and customer interactions
Qualification
Required
Extensive knowledge of luxury designer labels
Experience authenticating designer clothing, shoes, and handbags is required
Current on latest fashion trends is a must
Must carry a professional attitude and professional appearance
At least 3 years' experience in customer service, verbal and written communications
Computer & mobile skills (Google, Microsoft Office, IOS, basic internet)
POS experience required
Ability to multi-task and help in other areas of the store when needed
This position requires long periods of standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and at least lift up to 30lbs
Weekend shifts are required
