Responsibilities
Cleaning all interior areas of the apartment community, including hallways, offices, common areas and occasionally vacant apartments
Perform common area maintenance work orders and groundskeeping duties
Qualification
Required
Cleaning and light maintenance experience
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Experience using basic power/hand tools
Self-motivated and able to achieve results individually
Must have reliable attendance and transportation, valid driver's license recommended
Pre-employment background check, drug screening and physicals are required before employment begins
