The Head of Membership Development will lead efforts to grow a distinguished membership community, focusing on relationship-building and luxury lifestyle promotion.

Responsibilities

Lead all efforts to grow and curate a distinguished membership community, engaging both affluent and influential individuals and senior business leaders
Design and implement a sales strategy targeting dynamic leaders, entrepreneurs, and socially active individuals
Cultivate relationships through referrals, introductions, luxury brand partnerships, business associations and curated events
Deliver personalized presentations and exclusive tours tailored to each prospects social and professional priorities
Serve as an ambassador for the Club within Dallas social, cultural, and business communities
Attend and host high-profile events, ensuring the Club is represented with prestige and discretion
Build strong relationships with members, encouraging retention, engagement, and referrals
Partner with events, programming, and marketing teams to develop experiences that combine elevated lifestyle offerings with professional enrichment opportunities
Ensure that new members are seamlessly introduced into both the Clubs social fabric and professional network
Oversee the full membership sales pipeline, from initial inquiry through onboarding
Track membership trends, provide insights to senior leadership, and adjust strategies accordingly
Lead by example, setting the tone for a high-touch, luxury-standard approach to all sales interactions

Required

5 years of success in high-end sales, preferably in financial products, exclusive private clubs, luxury hospitality, executive networking, luxury brands, or premium real estate
Established network within Dallas/Fort Worth business, social, and philanthropic circles, ideally extended to other cities or countries
Ability to communicate value across both lifestyle benefits (dining, experiences, community) and professional opportunities (connections, influence, thought leadership)
Magnetic, polished, discreet, intelligent, strategic, and charismatic, with exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
Results-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to balance relationship-building and measurable revenue performance
Be used to managing reporting team members, and being accountable for delivery against key milestones and objectives
