Responsibilities

Analyze, document, and refine business requirements to support operational needs

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues across multiple platforms and environments to ensure optimal system performance, data integrity, and user experience

Facilitate communication with business stakeholders to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives

Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify opportunities for automation and system optimization

Evaluate and recommend software solutions by researching industry trends, tools, and automation options for new and existing software

Support software troubleshooting and root cause analysis, ensuring timely resolution of issues affecting business operations

Manage software setup, configuration, upgrades, and patching in collaboration with vendors

Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and data visualization software

Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
