Responsibilities

Build a world-class People function across talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning & development, and total rewards

Design and implement strategies to attract, retain, and grow top talent aligned with our mission and values

Champion our culture and values, ensuring they are lived authentically as we scale

Partner closely with leadership and managers to ensure our people processes are thoughtful, data-driven, and effective

Lead key programs across onboarding, performance management, feedback, and leadership development

Create and maintain scalable People operations and systems to support a hybrid workforce

Be a thought partner to the executive team on organizational design, compensation strategy, and scaling best practices
