Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for data automation and adjustment reduction initiatives. Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for improvement

Perform data analysis to understand current processes, identify trends, and support decision-making. Develop reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders

Contribute to the design and implementation of process improvements to reduce adjustments and enhance data quality

Develop and execute project plans for assigned workstreams, ensuring alignment with the overall program objectives and timelines

Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different teams and departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables

Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and provide regular status updates to program leadership

Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Facilitate issue resolution and escalate critical issues as needed

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders. Prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials

Contribute to the design and implementation of the sustainable operating model for data automation and adjustment reduction

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Technology, Finance, or related field)

3+ years of experience in business analysis and project management, preferably in the financial services industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to gather and document business requirements

Experience with data analysis techniques and tools

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

Proactive, results-oriented, and highly organized

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)

Preferred

Experience with data automation or process improvement initiatives

Familiarity with Citi's internal systems and policies

Business analysis or project management certification (e.g., CBAP, PMP)
