Responsibilities

Assist in actively growing the practice, and participate in activities like networking, proposal development and facilitating prospect meetings

Grow and manage existing client relationships as well as identify new client leads

Dual responsibility to function as an external consultant to Plante Moran's clients and as an internal consultant to Plante Moran's practices and service areas

Consult with external clients in areas such as Talent Assessment, Succession Planning, Leadership and Team Development, and Organizational Analysis

Consult with internal clients in areas such as Talent Assessment, Career Coaching and Internal Organizational Development

Qualification

Required

Ph.D, Psy.D, or Masters degree with relevant experience in advanced psychology such as, clinical, counseling, industrial/organizational psychology, or behavioral analysis field is required

10+ years of experience in personnel assessment, leadership development, succession planning, organizational development, coaching and feedback delivery, and project management

Previous experience providing written analysis/deliverables to clients and organizations

Experience in analyzing, translating, and synthesizing psychometric and business data into presentations and written deliverables

Moderate travel throughout the region, with up to 40% overnight travel
